PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG) Coming to Mobile OS in China

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is one of the hottest PC survival-shooter games in the world right now, a multiplayer online battle royale video game developed by a subsidiary of Korean publisher Bluehole, It released on Steam Early Access earlier this year in March 2017 , PUBG has sold more than 20 million copies globally, making it the hottest video game of the year, and has been getting more and more players, and breaking more and more records almost every week.





Game-play, Battlegrounds is a player versus player (PvP) action game in which up to (100) one hundred players parachutes onto an island to scavenge for weapons ,using bag packs ,safe zone, deadly areas and have them fight to be the last man standing. Players can choose to enter the match solo, or with a small team of up to four people. In either case, the last person or team left alive wins the match. It’s as an addictive game-play with nearly 2 million players online simultaneously.

Just Yesterday, Chinese tech company Tencent announced (Chinese Link) that it will co-develop an official mobile version of PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG) through a partnership with the game’s South Korean developer Bluehole. As of now, There’s no clear indication of a PUBG mobile game release in other countries apart from China yet. The Xbox One gets PUBG globally next month (December 12-2017).





Alots of PUBG clones can be found on mobile store like "Last Battle Ground Or Rules Of Survival" Which already have over 10 million downloads on the google playstore. Its safe to state that Tencent will be creating the official mobile version of PUBG
Tencent the owner of China’s most popular social network WeChat, Tencent briefly surpassed Facebook in market value last week to become the world’s fifth-largest publicly traded company. Through a series of acquisitions, it also owns popular gaming titles including Clash of Clans and League of Legends.

Tencent said, PUBG’s mobile version will retain the “core gameplay” of the original PC title, but it will also strictly modified to fit China's “relevant policies and regulations,” just like the PC version . The mobile game will first be released in China, though Tencent has not offered details on a release date but we should be expecting it on Android Google Playstore and iOS devices soon enough. For now we will just have to wait and see.
